My 9 months here were great and taught me a lot in pastry. different chef has different ways and tips on making something, this helped a lot in giving me the ideas when dealing in the industry outside. Chefs here are very talented and have a lot of experiences.. i would say that APCA is a great fast track for you to learn and push oneself to be a better and more skilful chef before stepping into the f&b life.

High recommended to learn pastry skills at here. There had a nice environment to learn and work with a team. There had a lot professional chef and they are very kind to share their knowledge, experience and teaching us a lot of tactical skills.

The first impression when I visited the academy is the beautiful chocolate art that was displayed during my visits. I cannot stop admiring the impressive skills and technique that were applied to how the chocolate art displays were made. Despite its name, the academy also provides culinary course for 9 months and it is by far the shortest course from basic level to advanced diploma level among all the other culinary schools. During this 9 months course I've learned many techniques and skills as well as the product knowledge and hands-on practical needed to prepare ourselves for the real world. All the chefs in this academy are very helpful and friendly. They will always try to help to improve ourselves. I highly recommend to those who are looking for a short course.

I’ve learnt so much about the art of pastry as well as new skills, but that’s not just it; I’ve also learnt a great deal about working in a kitchen and ways to excel in the field. This is all possible because of the unique hands-on approach utilized by the Academy. My time at the Academy also introduced me to some of the best people I’ve met. The best academy I’ve ever been to. It’s not just an academy but it’s actually a very professional academy with certified chefs. It makes me feel like I’m home. A place where I could express my passion & love towards pastry. At the same time, it’s also a place where I get a chance to grab as many knowledge as I could.
