4worldlovers: PETALING JAYA (Nov 4): Gamuda Industrial Building System Sdn Bhd (Gamuda IBS) and Crest Builder Sdn Bhd (CBSB) have recently entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). CBSB is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Crest Builder Holdings Berhad.

The two parties plan to collaborate to explore potential business opportunities and examine the possibility of joint co-operation and strategic ventures in prospective collaborations, tenders and projects as well as evaluation of the scope of work to be carried out by both companies.

The MOU was signed by Gamuda Engineering Managing Director Dato’ Ubull Din Om and CBSB CEO Teh Hock Hua. The signing ceremony was witnessed by Lim Hui Yan of Gamuda IBS and Crest Builder Holdings Managing Director Yong Shang Ming.
