Our club has been designed with you in mind. We have areas that are dedicated to specific workout needs, which includes free weights area, yoga studio, GX studio and lounge area, freestyle area, cycling studio. To get to us, you can take the LRT, RapidKL buses or drive over. The LRT stop is KLCC and is only a 5-minute walk from our club. The nearest RapidKL stop is only 500m from the mall. You can choose to train alone, with a personal trainer or with a group in a class. Whichever you choose, we’ll be there to help.

I've been coming here for the better part of 2 years now and the workouts are still fresh and effective. The trainers are focused, experienced and motivating. Prices are quite reasonable too in comparison to other places

During my two-week visit in KL, I was fortunate to find CrossFit Vidatha to continue my regular training routine in the US. The place is easy to find, extremely clean and filled with the equipment for both metric and American units, even the conversion is posted on the wall. The coaches are very professional. They coached each individual at his/her own pace and ability. They focused on the fundamentals of the positions but push you to perform. I was extremely happy with my experience at CrossFit Vidatha. If you are looking for a box in KL, this is the ONE!
