I came to this center for my lower back pain problem and was consulted by Dr Yama and he refer me to go for a MRI for further investigation and the findings was that I had a slip discs at L3/L4,L4/L5 so he recommended me to undergo treatments prescribe by him.After attended a few sessions I fell much relief from my pain and the treatments really works on me.I would like to recommend this Chiropractor Center to those who are in pain and the doctors and physiotherapists are really professional and friendly.

The physiotherapists are so friendly and great in identifying and releasing my tense muscles. Been going here twice a week and every time, the treatment has been consistent, effective and good. Dr Jean (chiropractor) is just amazing and so knowledgeable at what she does. She listens to you and always tries to go the extra mile. Most importantly, she has the magic touch. Received a lot of guidance from her on exercises that I can do at home which complement the treatments. Been suffering quite some time with my pain but now I feel like a brand new woman. Highly recommend this place.

Keath holds a degree in Psychology from University of Stirling, UK. After graduating he pursued performing arts involving himself in theatre and movement. He holds Pilates certifications from Polestar Pilates and Balanced Body as well as Yoga certification from Yogaworks, US. He is also trained in Gyrokinesis and Gyrotonic. He is also a Level 1 Franklin Method Teacher.

In 2007 Keath suffered three major episodes of back pains. He seeked help from various medical professionals but to no avail. The pain remained. He couldn’t sit or stand for long. The pain was constant. Slowly the pain began to travel down the leg with a numbing feeling. Being young and a regular exerciser, this was confusing to him. What was happening?

4worldlovers: Chanced upon Precise Rehab when I was looking for a good physiotherapist for my mom (immobile due to stroke) 2.5 years ago. With bad experiences from most of the physiotherapists that I have engaged previously, I was impressed by Lip Qin. And I have nothing but praises for this fine therapist since then. Precise care and treatment was given to my mom, with so much good techniques applied, and most importantly with sincere passion and empathy. Fast forward to the opening of Precise Rehab clinic, I myself started seeking treatment at the clinic for my muscle tightness issues. Good results from Dry Needling and manual therapy and never hesitated to refer my family and friends to them. Had back pain that was diagnosed as slip disc in 2014. Ever since then I lived with constant pain that shuttles between moderate to extreme, sometimes with no rhyme or reason. I tried all sorts of treatments, acupuncture, chiropractor, osteo, traditional massage, sensei, rolfing to name a few. All provided temporary relief but none cured. I went to see PR in April this year. The PR team was able to pinpoint more accurately the source of the problem, which required rehab and strengthening of muscles to correct the imbalances that's causing the pain. Doing the rehab sessions definitely contributed to curing the problems I had. It's been a slow process but one that I can positively say has been the best amongst the others I tried.

I started Rolfing and Pilates for more than 2 years ago, when I had a recurrence of an old muscular injury. The session has helped me understand a great deal about my own body i.e.

1) learn to activate smaller muscles I wasn't even aware was there.

2) awareness of over-activation and over compensation of certain muscle groups and how best to obtain better overall balance.

3) importance of feeling length in our body, and how to feel this lengthening, during the pilates sessions and more importantly, how to incorporate it into our daily lives.

As my awareness of my own body improves, my posture has changed significantly, positively impacting everything I do, from walking to sitting to driving.

I also periodically go for Rolfing, as part of my routine body maintenance, and injury prevention as it really works in realigning muscles.

As a customer, I feel that the instructor and manual therapist really understands my holistic requirements, and ensures it is achieved, with lots of patience on her part. I would recommend Essential Movement and Beyond Movement to anyone who wants to incorporate pilates and Rolfing as part of a holistic lifestyle choice.

My only regret is not starting at this center when I was younger.
